This 4,000-square-foot home had been left vacant for over a decade and was partially gutted when we began the project. What started as a forgotten structure has been completely transformed into a warm, inviting residence that blends traditional architecture with contemporary design. We opened up the floor plan to create light-filled, connected living spaces and introduced high-end finishes that balance timeless craftsmanship with modern comfort. The result is a stunning example of how vision and detail can breathe new life into even the most neglected properties.

This 2,690-square-foot home underwent a full top-to-bottom renovation, turning a neglected property with a junk-filled, unfinished daylight basement into a beautifully modern and functional living space. Upstairs, new dormer windows bring light and charm to the bedrooms, while the addition of a full bathroom enhances comfort and convenience. The fully finished basement now offers a spacious bedroom, a stylish full bath, and hookups for an optional kitchen—creating the perfect opportunity for a private rental suite or multi-generational living.

Custom Tile Shower
Timberlake, NC
This primary on-suite bathroom got a major upgrade with a custom-built floor-to-ceiling white subway tile shower. A striking black hexagon tile inlay serves as a captivating focal accent adding texture and depth without overwhelming the minimalist design. A thoughtfully recessed built-in shelf runs along the back wall, seamlessly integrated into the tilework for practical storage of shampoos, soaps, and razors. Every detail is finished with matte black hardware and the shower is framed by a sleek glass sliding door that maintains an open, airy feel. The bathroom vanity got a matching subway tile backsplash to bring the entire room together for a seamless, modern aesthetic.
