Camille Pedersen’s real estate journey started before she took the licensing exam. Growing up, she spent weekends and summers working on homes alongside her father and family. Camille and Boogie began investing in real estate themselves the moment they were old enough to continue their families legacy. They started flipping homes and laying the foundation, which has continued as a family-driven passion and profession.

When Camille settled in North Carolina, it became clear this was where her family would plant roots. Together, they hit the ground running. They immediately started revitalizing homes throughout the Triangle, and dove into real estate sales to better serve their community. Camille passed her licensing exam on the first try. Launching her career in a team setting with Sotheby’s International Realty in Chapel Hill. There, she soaked up everything she could about luxury real estate, customer service, and the high standards required in top-tier markets.

What Camille brings to the table is an unmatched eye for detail. When walking into a Home, she uses her knowledge of the owner and her creativity to know what needs to be highlighted to bring out the best. She brings heart for advocacy. After years in the field, Camille noticed a disturbing trend: too many brokers putting their own interests ahead of their clients.
